It is important that before you can find a quiet and comfortable place to sit where it will not be disrupted for at least 45 minutes. Think it me is useful to do a good hot shower (is not a bath!) before. Connection loose, comfortable clothing. It is best to wait at least three or four hours after eating before. It seems to me that this meditation is really best done in the afternoon. After you will need a good rest. You might want to skip dinner completely and someone (if possible) have some soup ready for you when you are finished. It is important that after allow yourself at least 2 to 4 hours of rest. There will be transmuted a lot of energy and their physical body be tired.While it will have made substantial progress in healing, the rest will also allow not revisit the issue during several horas.Cuando you awake you will see a substantial compensation of energy in regards to your problem.
